Scott Guthrie announced on his ScottGu Blog today that a whole suite of improvements to Windows Azure are available immediately today after Microsoft released the v2.0 update of the Windows Azure SDK for .NET.
“This morning we released the v2.0 update of the Windows Azure SDK for .NET. This is a major refresh of the Windows Azure SDK with some really great new features and enhancements,” said Guthrie, corporate vice president of Windows Azure.
The refreshed toolkit makes it easier to publish, manage and debug Windows Azure websites.
“Today’s release includes a bunch of great features that enable you to build even better cloud solutions,” Guthrie said.
Guthrie urged those who don’t already have a Windows Azure account to sign up for a free trial and start using the new and updated SDK features. You can also visit the Windows Azure .NET Developer Center to learn more about how to build apps using the new release.
