Agrochemical company Arysta LifeScience has sales and services in more than 125 countries, so having the right productivity software in place at such a large organization is pretty important.

Initially, Arysta adopted Google Apps in an attempt to connect 34 different email environments across the organization. However, the company quickly found its employees were dissatisfied with the experience because they couldn’t share calendars and had limited offline capabilities. So what did Arysta do? Switched to Office 365.

Arysta isn’t alone. Other organizations that made the switch from Google Apps to Office 365 include Sensia Hälsovård AB, and SEPCOIII, as well as Caltex Australia, FHI 360, and Santa Clara County.

“Businesses use technology to be competitive and meet the needs of their customers, which is why they can’t afford to compromise on a service that was retrofitted for the enterprise,” said Michael Atalla, director of product marketing for Microsoft Office 365. “With Office 365, Microsoft has combined the familiarity of Office with the capabilities businesses need, delivered as a cloud service they can trust.”

To get the rest of this story, head on over to the Microsoft News Center. Then, check out Atalla’s post on the Office 365 Blog.
