Who are you, where are you, and what do you do? What are your specialty technologies?
Hello everyone, my name is FlavioHonda. I’m from Praia Grande, the south shore of Sao Paulo state. I’m working as consultant in a providing services company in São Paulo for Santander bank. I’m member of the MTAC group (Microsoft Technical Audience Contributor) and my specialties are Windows Server, Active Directory and Hyper-V.
What are your big projects right now?
I'm studying for certifications in Windows Server 2012 and System Center 2012 focused in Private Cloud. Also, I'm working on a series of articles about Windows Server 2012 and planning events on private Cloud
In addition to the TechNet Wiki, I contribute in my blog and website http://flaviohonda.wordpress.com http://www.msitpro.com.br, TechNet forums Brazil, where I am moderator of the forums Windows Server, Windows Client and Certification general.
What is TechNet Wiki for? Who is it for?
The TechNet Wiki is a large database containing articles from Microsoft products. The wiki helps many people, either because of a problem, question or search for new knowledge and goes far. Furthermore, people can interact, because the article is open for updates and anyone can further enrich the content of the article.
What do you do with TechNet Wiki, and how does that fit into the rest of your job?
Professionally TechNet Wiki helps me to keep updated in several technologies, besides it’s my source of knowledge to study for certifications and disseminate content in the technical community.
On what Wiki articles do you spend most of your time?
Windows Server,Hyper-V,Active Directory
What are your favorite Wiki articles you’ve contributed?
Migrating SYSVOL replication to DFSR (pt-BR)
Who has impressed you in the Wiki community, and why?
For some time I've been watching the contribution of Fernando Henrique Vasconcelos and Lugão. These professionals have a lot passion to spread their knowledge to the technical community and encourage others to contribute as well.
