New hotfix: The Schedule Updates Wizard does not list content for Windows Server 2012 in ConfigMgr 2012 SP1

We have a new downloadable hotfix available for the following issue:

The Choose Updates page of the Schedule Updates Wizard does not list any available software updates for a Windows Server 2012 operating system image in Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1. This problem occurs even after updates for Windows Server 2012 are explicitly downloaded.
