Here is this week's analysis of contributions to TechNet Wiki over the last week (Fri-Sat)
Firstly, here is the weekly leader board snapshot:
As usual, following are the results of a mega-crawl over the updated articles feed.
This week saw a slight dip in contributions, as I'm sure you'll agree we should call this the "hang over" week!
Note, this currently only highlights CHANGES to documents, not the new articles feed, still planned for future awards.
Most Revisions Award Who has made the most individual revisions |
i.biswajith grabs the gold medal this week, with an astounding 92 revisions over just 9 articles. Some great work improving some already great articles! A well deserved "Tuned to Perfection" achievement badge :)
Richard Mueller takes silver, with 69 revisions over 62 articles, and therefore earns this week's "Overseer" achievement :D
Fernando Lugão Veltem earns a bronze for 33 revisions over 13 articles, and earns himself the "Mixed Abilities" achievement ;)
Most Articles Updated Award Who has updated the most articles |
Richard Muelleris first, with those 62 articles
Fernando Lugão Veltem comes second, with 13 articles
i.biswajith comes third, with his 9 articles
Most Updated Article Award Largest amount of updated content in a single article |
The article most fiddled with, is Windows Trust, Migration, AGUDLP & ADMT by this week's master fiddler i.biswajith.
Biswajit has added a load of extra content to this article, growing it considerably.
I'm guessing, from his profile pic that he's also an EVE Online fan? ;)
Another document that has been notably corrected is Small Basic: The 14 Keywords by Ed Price - MSFT.
litdev has made notable changes to the code snippets in this great resource.
Longest Article Award Biggest article updated this week |
This week, the longest document to receive significant changes was one of the most important documents in the Wiki - Forums Help (FAQ)
Both Fernando Lugão Veltem and Aalam Rangi have been improving this article this week, especially Aalam's addition of an NNTP bridge alternative.
Most Revised Article Award Article with the most revisions in a week |
The Article to receive the most revisions this week is the same that had the most content changed, Windows Trust, Migration, AGUDLP & ADMT by i.biswajith. Great work!
Smallest Significant Edit Award Size isn't everything! Every edit counts. |
Ignoring the addition of tags, this week's smallest but valuable contribution was to Active Directory: Get-ADUser Default and Extended Properties created by Richard Mueller.
It was a change by Richard Mueller again, to correct a tiny typo:
userAccountControl (bit maksmask 32)
For this Richard, you earn your "Attention to Detail" badge, wear it with pride :)
Quickest Helping Hand Correcting each-other's work is what TNWiki is all about. |
This week's "Fastest Corrector" achievement award goes to Fernando Lugão Veltem for his correction within 4 minutes to Planning, Implementing, and Using Microsoft Lync Server 2013 in Small Business Scenarios, after original and ongoing editor, Matt Landis.
The rapid response was relating to standard & enterprise edition Linc Server licences (or the lack thereof), a very worthy contribution.
A heart felt round of applause to all, for working through the great dark depression of week 1!
Best regards,
Pete Laker
