What does the launch of Dynamics CRM Online in Open mean for you?

With the launch of Dynamics CRM Online in Open, distributors and resellers selling Cloud-based services (like Office 365 and Windows Azure) will now be able to sell an additional cloud service to small and mid-sized organisations. By adding Dynamic CRM Online you elevate the discussion to broad business solutions. Plus, in addition to sales, Dynamics CRM has great solutions across marketing, customer service and social listening.

Dynamics CRM Online is a solution that often requires deployment and configuration services. These services are typically delivered by Dynamics CRM Online certified partners.

Are you an Office 365 partner who wants to sell Dynamics CRM Online?

As we expand our distribution network with the addition of CRM Online to Open Licensing, our recommendation to Office 365 partners that want to sell Dynamics CRM Online is to approach this new business in one of two ways:

  1. Acquire the Dynamics CRM skill set. This can be achieved through MPN Certification. OR
