Migrating from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2

Here is yet another tangent thought totally not related to any other of my blog posts!  Maybe some day they will converge!  After doing a recent migration for a great customer in DC, I thought I would share these resources for others to enjoy as well.  Although this will not cover everything, the goal was to make a handy one-page reference guide to all that is new, while informing of some other possibilities in the migration!  I hope it is useful to you too :) Included at the very bottom, is a PDF version of this for your convenience.
