So here is the last official “long” week of the training and then the distances start to taper. Really looking forward to the 20 this weekend and running with my friends. I also already have the confidence I will make the run successful. Just a matter of going out and proving it and finishing strong. I think whenever you near the end of goal like this, your mind can get tired and I know I am. But it is also all about finishing strong, putting in the final long run and then getting ready to head to Disney. While I do not believe this run will make or break my marathon, I know it will go a long way to paying the damage bill, when I signed up for the run.. Then it is matter of putting in the plan for Disney and meeting folks, times and just running. Which I know will be great, and I am ready to be there. Wish us luck this weekend!
